Ride Sharing
For those traveling with children who need car seats or booster seats, KreweCar is a family-friendly rideshare app that allows you to book safe rides in advance with professional drivers who are screened and background-checked. Download their app and book in advance to ensure availability.
You can also easily order an Uber or Lyft when you land at the New Orleans airport, and they’ll get you to your destination in no time! Located on level 1, there is a designated spot for rideshare pick-ups. It is conveniently outside of baggage claim, so grab your suitcase and meet your driver. Trips to and from the airport with start and end locations in Orleans Parish are a minimum of $36.
Lyft has launched Fast Match at the new MSY. Request a Lyft ride typically through the app, and if available, you’ll see a new screen pop up in your app. Tap to get a unique four-digit code and follow the directions to the Lyft Fast Match line. An ambassador will be there to assist you.
