Speaker Information

*NOW EXTENDED — Deadline for Speaker Slides Upload*

If you are a speaker, presenter or co-author and have an outstanding slide deck still to be uploaded, we have extended the upload deadline until the first day of the convention, next Thursday November 20th. A reminder that all slides must be uploaded in advance of going to your meeting rooms. If you have any questions about uploading your slides please contact Stephen Crane, ABCT Conventions Director at [email protected].

Additionally, to help ensure a smooth experience, we will also have a Speaker Ready Room located onsite at room Strand 4, Level 2. 

The facility will be open during the following hours:

• Thursday, November 20–Saturday, November 22, 2025: 7:00 AM–6:00 PM
• Sunday, November 23, 2025: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
