Cardio Dance Class

Saturday, November 18, 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM


Work up a sweat to 90s pop music in a fun and energetic dance fitness class that is meant to get your heart rate going and put a smile on your face. This is a fitness class in the style of Zumba or jazzercise- meaning that no dance experience is required! It is taught by three longtime ABCT members who are not dance professionals. Bring water, the clothes you would normally wear to work out, a hand towel (optional), and a readiness to rock it out to some Backstreet Boys.

Class limited to 30.
