What: Share something that brings you joy on our wall!

When: Anytime throughout the convention

Where: Located on Level 7, Outside Regency Ballroom near registration

Attend a Cardio Dance Class – CANCELLED

What: Work up a sweat to 90s pop music in a fun and energetic dance fitness class that is meant to get your heart rate going and put a smile on your face. This is a fitness class in the style of Zumba or jazzercise- meaning that no dance experience is required! It is taught by three longtime ABCT members who are not dance professionals. Bring water, the clothes you would normally wear to work out, a hand towel (optional), and a readiness to rock it out to some Backstreet Boys.

When: Saturday, November 18, 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM

Where: Satsop (407), Level 4

Attend a Yoga Class

What: Come join us for a Gentle Yoga Class designed to alleviate tension and stress through movement, breathing techniques, and mindfulness. It is taught by a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher and prospective graduate student. No yoga experience is necessary and mats or towels will be provided, so just bring some comfy clothes and an openness to explore the benefits of yoga.

When: Friday, November 17th from 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM, or Saturday, November 18th from 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Where: Wynoochee (608), Level 6 (wellness room)

Wellness Ice Cream Walk

What: Enjoy a mini escape from the convention with a 20-minute joy walk to Molly Moon’s, the undisputed gem of Seattle’s ice cream scene. Join us for an irresistible rendezvous with Seattle’s most delectable treat. A tantalizing taste of Seattle awaits – don’t let this opportunity melt away!
