Are you planning to attend the ABCT Convention in Seattle this November?

Are you bringing your children along with you? Or do concerns about childcare coverage create barriers in your attendance or participation? Would childcare support you in presenting your talk or attending a special dinner with colleagues or the Friday Night SIG Poster Expo?

ABCT recognizes that many of our members have children, and we seek to demonstrate our values around supporting members in forging integrated lives and creating inclusive professional experiences.

Childcare will be available at our ABCT convention, and we need your help in assuring the word gets out to those who may appreciate its offering.

Parents may enroll their children at any time and even at the convention based upon space availability.

Best to register early to avoid disappointment.

Parents who require child-care services during the convention may make arrangements with KiddieCorp.

Childcare will be available during the following hours:

Services are located in the Hyatt Regency Seattle Hotel. The age range offered is between 6 months through 12 years old. There is a 2-hour minimum.

Please fill out the registration form https://form.jotform.com/KiddieCorp/abctkids and send to KiddieCorp by October 20 to assure we can offer this service!

Late Charge: If parents do not pick up their children at the end of the day, they will be charged a late fee of $5.00 per child for every 5 minutes thereafter.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made to KiddieCorp prior to October 20th. Cancellations made between October 20th and November 3rd will be subject to a $3 per hour, per child cancellation fee. Cancellations received after November 3rd will incur a charge of $6 per hour, per child.
