Uncle Lightfoot, Flip That Switch: Overcoming Fear of the Dark (for ages 4-8) is a fictional children’s book with cognitive-behavioral techniques embedded into the story itself. It is a lively, entertaining book with games that help the child have fun while overcoming fear of the dark. A parent guidebook is included at the back of the children’s book to provide detailed information on how to use the children’s book and games. Uncle Lightfoot, Flip That Switch was developed through a process of field-testing with dark-fearful children.
